What Causes White Patches On Tonsils?
Hi! One on my tonsils have white patches almost on it, is big, and my tongue has this like gray colored stuff on it and I m not sure if it is strep throat or mono. I am feeling perfectly fine besides a slight headache. I have never had mono before and I don t believe to be in any contact with someone who has mono.

I had gone through your question. This could be strep throat. The white patches are nothing but pus.
I recommend the following.
1) A course of antibiotics
2) Analgesics for headache
3) H2O2 garggle for removing white patches on tonsil
