I have a white patch of skin on the inside of my right nostril; it rises slightly and is painless. I have been sneezing a lot lately, but it does not feel irritated or cause me any discomfort. It feels like a large "buger" that simply won't come off...
in my opinion this white patch of skin could be the region with minimal or no blood supply. I have seen similar lesions in patients who take cocaine through nose. do you have similar history? most likely if is so , it can lead to perforation of septum in future. it may something other, for confirmation I would recommend you to see an ENT specialist nearby.
