What Causes White Mass In Bowel Movement?

I am 30 and today I threw up a large pure white mass that looked like a BM but was white. I have been sick off and on for 2 months with temperature ranging from 96 to 102.5 in a few hours, I have nausea, vomiting, swollen throat, and fevers.i have also recently begun sleepwalking. I have seen 3 drs and had xray on my abdominal area and throat that were fine. Blood work was normal and urine test was normal. I had a throat swab for strep and then influenzas and all were negative. Every test I have had performed has come back perfectly normal yet all 3 drs have stated the symptoms were obvious yet they can t determine what it is. Any thoughts on what could be causing the illness and what the white mass was?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Most probably it could be a plugged mucus. If symptoms persist better to consult a gastroenterologist and plan for a colonoscopy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
