What Causes White Lump On Tongue?
Hi, I have had a little white lump on my tongue for a few months now. it is not painful at all. It has like 2 heads on the tip of it that sems to join into one lump, not that big, but i can feel if when i rub my lip against my tongue.After a night sleep I find it fades and decreases in size but throughout the day when im awake it becomes a little bigger and goes very white and noticeable.
