What Causes White Itchy Spots On The Base Of Penis?
hi i have small white spots on the base of my penis at first(2yrs ago) the were just plain spots(white in colour) over time it got a little itchy and i thought it was a fungal infection(no doctor) not it gets itchy at time and some white pus like things appear when squeezed(only some of them) wha is this that i have?

Most probably it can be a superficial fungal infection or genital wart. As a first line of management you can apply topical anti-fungal ointment like Clotrimazole for symptomatic relief.
If lesion persist, you have to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
