What Causes White Discharge From Penis During Bowel Movement?
Morning time when I sit in latrine and give some pressue,some white liquid comes out through my penis.Sometimes lt happens in the day time also when I go to latrine.I have been suffering from this for four years.l have lost my sex power also. How will l get cure and get back sex power ?

Mild leakage of semen is a common phenomenon during straining.It may be due to constipation.
You should take plenty of fibers in your diet.Try to increase your physical activity also.Laxative can be taken for short term.
Mild leakage of semen is not related to decreased sex power.It is psychological.
