What Causes White Chalky Discharge And Mild Itching Sensation Around Vagina?

hi. recently i am getting discharge that is white and chalky. it's like tiny white chalky spots. i also have mild itching. furthermore, i have also realized that when i put my finger in, there is a really rough surface. i imagine it to be full of very tiny small bumps that almost feels like sandpaper. i have checked this with a mirror and torch and have seen small tiny bumps around my vaginal opening. what could this be? p.s. i have recently lost my virginity and am just getting used to sex, so i don't know if this could be related

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain white chalky vaginal discharge seems to be most probably due to Yeast infection in vagina also known as Vaginal thrush..
I would suggest you to consult a Gynaecologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and a vaginal swab culture can help in diagnosis and treatment can be planned according to the cause as it will help in eliminating other causes like Bacterial infection causing Bacterial Vaginosis etc that can also cause white discharge..
But your case seems to be most probably yeast infection..
In case if thrush is confirmed as the cause you can be advised antifungal oral medications like Fluconazole that has to be taken weekly for atleast 3 weeks..
You can also be advised vaginal antifungal ointments and pesseries..
Wear cotton undergarments and loose fitting clothes..
Do not let moisture accumulation..
Take more of probiotic like Yoghurt in diet..
Drink more of water..
