What Causes White Bumps On Areola?

Hi, A couple.of weeks.ago I noticed.a.red.pimple like bumb on my right breast and Now i just noticed three more. They arent on my areola but on my breast. Also the first time I noticed the first bumb I had whiteheads on my areola. What is wrongwith me ?! PLEASE HELP!

The situation you describe is pretty normal, as these white bumps are the montgomery`s glands.
Every woman has them, but some are visible some are not.
You have no need to worry about. The only thing you have to do, is do not touch and squeeze them, as you they may get infected.
