Up to 5 WBC is acceptable in urine. If it is more than five then it may suggest urinary tract infection(UTI). He may need proper clinical examination and routine investigations. Investigations include routine hemogram, random blood sugar, renal function test,Urine culture and sensitivity, ultrasound of abdomen.
He may need to take antibiotics if WBC is more. He should drink plenty of water.
