A chest pain along with a wheezing sound indicates an allergic probably asthmatic reaction of the lung where the airways are constricted or narrowed down during expiration leading to such symptoms. In some cases patients might be allergic to wool and hence it could cause such symptoms in cases. It is always better to consult a chest specialist who will evaluate you on the basis of some breath tests and x rays accordingly. A chest pain might indicate a superadded infection.
