What Causes Wetting Day And Night With Pain During Urination In 3 Year Old?
Hello! my daughter is 3yrs old, she has been potty trained when she was 2 and half. suddenly she is wetting herself day and night especially for about 3weeks now, I thought something is going on.. and she was complaining today that her part is hurting! I checked it wasnt even red..she went to bed ok now with no pain.can please help me if i should take her to the doctor to check?or you can help me thanks.

3. Postponing urination for longer during day
4. Excessive intake of fluids just before bedtime
5. Presence of local genital lesion

1. Urine microscopic examination to rule out Urinary tract infection
2. Local examination of the genitals
3. Ultrasound of abdomen
Behavioural therapy and double voiding before bedtime will be helpful
