What Causes Weird Temper Tantrum While On Lotrimin And Wellbutrin?

I was taking lotramine and then the doctor added Wellbutrin and I now feel like having a temper tantrum like a little kid. I feel like banging my head against the floor. Can this be caused by these two meds together. Didn t feel like this before starting this on this last Thursday. This is day 4. Thanks for your help on this.

Psychiatrist 's  Response
hello there, it seems you are experiencing inner restlessness or akathisia with these medicines. There are very few reports of developing these kind of side effects with Iotramine and Wellbutrin. Still you are poorly tolerating these drugs so I suggest you to get second opinion on these medicines and if possible tell your treating psychiatrist to change to other medicine with lesser side effect profile. I would have recommended you alternative but you have not mentioned your diagnosis or symptoms so I wont be able to. All the best
