What Causes Weird Noises In Stomach After Ripped Esophagus Treatment?

My name is Chris I am 19 years old I apparently ripped my esophagus I have been yet held in the hospital for two days and then went with no food and no whether they did x-rays of my chest afterwords after 2 to 3 days and said it is fixed so they let me go home ever since I've been regularly eating food smoking cigarettes and smoking smoking cigarettes and smoking marijuana it feels like under my left rib cage someone's just pulling at the same time I hear a lot of weird stomach noises it's a very uncomfortable feeling and is becoming more potent each day but not enough to have me actually say ouch I have a doctors appointment today but I'm wondering if something really wrong

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history well and understood your concerns.
Ripped esophagus getting alright on conservative treatment and letting you go home within 2 days was the most lucky thing one can have.
But smoking cigarettes and weed can be the most detrimental for such a situation as it can have the worst effect on healing.
It must have enhanced your symptoms.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Stop smoking anything.
Soft bland diet, small frequent feeds.
PPI like Omeprazole to control the acidity part.
Antacid every three hourly particularly when on an empty stomach.
Domperidone as a prokinetic.
Review upper GI endoscopy if the symptoms persist.
Get started on withdrawing from weeds.
