What Causes Weight Loss, Diarrhea And Swelling Around The Belly Button?

What causes swelling around the belly button - one lymph node and above in the gastric area - I have a history of Lyme Disease - encephalitis etc - not diagnosised until around 4 years into it - taken all antibiotics but still have tremendous weight loss/abdominal tenderness slight diarrhea - and I am a Nurse.

The weight loss, diarrhea and swelling around belly button as lymph node might be in relation with underlying inflammatory bowel disorder, malignancy of some sort or others. In my clinic, after thorough history, physical and per rectal examination, I do recommend a basic work up to diagnose the case with:
- Complete hemogram
- Liver function tests
- Stool microscopy with occult blood
- Ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvis with or without CT scan
- Colonoscopy with or without biopsy (as per results of above tests)
