What Causes Weight Loss And Persistent Pain In Upper Abdomen?

I have loss 30 pounds in the last 6 months frequent pain in the middle part of stomach feel like iam going to throw up but never do and I break out in a sweat. I eat all day long but never gain a pound.In morning is the worst. If feels like hunger pain but ten times worse. Everyone noticing my weight loss. Although pain not everyday but when it comes it puts me down for a hour . Noticing a lot of gas lately and change in bowel movement .iam thinking gallbladder ?

thanks for posting to hcm,
as per your symptoms, it looks like you have acute gastritis, it is the problem due to oversecretion of gastric acid.
in that case get an acid study done to get sure that it is not ulcerative colitis that is the severe form of gastritis,
as a part of medication you can take tab. pantoprazole two times and a day and reduce the oily food intake.
