What Causes Weight Loss And Loss Of Appetite?
My Brother Is 21 years old an is autistic. my mom has takin he for blood work an has had everything checked except for bacteria in his stool he is losing maybe 10pounds a month started in oct of 2009 an no doc knows why we need help really fast because we dont know whats going on. An he has also lost his appetite.

There are many causes which can present with loss of appetite and weight loss. The main causes being chronic infections, inflammation and malignancy of the digestive system. I would suggest meeting concerned doctor screen him for above-mentioned diseases.
