General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

Any antihypertensive like concor-AM with cilacar, ecosprin or restyl are not responsible for sudden weight gain in any patient.

Weight gain could have many causes from increased diet to mild to severe disease.

If you had a abnormal and rapid weight gain then i will advise you to undergo routine blood works,ESR and thyroid function tests.

In hypothyroidism,we can see abnormal and quick weight.

Kindly consult your treating physician for more advise.

Regards,
