Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Dear patient
You have got paraparesis due to back injury. This is serious issue and you need to consult spine surgeon as soon as possible. Spinal cord and nerves travels through spinal canal and back trauma may lead to vertebral fracture or disc prolapse with spinal cord compression. Spinal cord compression leads to weakness in both legs and loss of bowel and bladder control. This if not treated in time may not recover.so the need of urgent consultation. I would advise mri of lumbosacral spine with screening of whole spine to confirm diagnosis. Visit expert spine surgeon with report. All the best.
