What Causes Weakness Having Low Appetite And Sleeplessness?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here... I have been feeling really sick lately. I have a problem with eating food, as far as remmebering to eat, (I m not purposefull trying not to eat. And today I ate but I feel really sick to my stomach and I feel like I m going to puke. I also have been having problems to sleep and I feel as though maybe I m sleeping too much and I m not getting enough nutriotion and no matter what I do I just cannot get enough sleep and food isn t making me feel energized. I m still very weak whenever I go walk imy heart races as though I m going to run

Hello,causes of weakness,low appetite and sleeplessness are
1.Gastritis
2.Depression
3.Lack of nutrition
4.Insomnia
5. Pinworm infection
6.Accumulation of gas
7.Gastrointestinal infection
8.Peptic ulcer
9. Oesophagial re-flux
Accumulation of gastric juice in stomach causes burning sensation in stomach and chest also causes nausea and vomiting leading to lack of nutrition which causes weakness and sleeplessness
Consult a physician who will advice some blood test ,if required barium meal and abdominal ultrasound and advice antacids,appetite stimulants and other drugs
Meanwhile you can
1.Drink lot of water
2.Small frequent meals including fruits and vegetable
3.Reduce the stress
4. Dont leave your stomach empty for long time
