General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

You consider seeing a rheumatologist. This is a doctor who specializes in conditions of the joints, muscles, ligaments, immune system.

To determine the cause of the symptoms you would need blood tests to check for conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis or lupus.
A complete blood count to check for anemia with can cause weakness may also be needed.

Your doctor may also suggest x rays of some or all of the affected joints

I hope this helps
