I just had spine surgery 1.5 weeks ago to remove a pediclescrew that had medialized to the point that it was in the nerve root. I have been doing okay post opuntil this weekend. I have becomeweak and lightheaded when up butthen whenI laydown I feel my pulse pounding so hard it literally shakes my bodyand I also sodevelope a throbbing headacche... it feels asif my head and neck could explode

These symptoms could be because of CSF leak from damage to dural sleeve by pedicle screw. Please contact your surgeon. Rest with foot end elevated that will help. Watch out for fever.
