What Causes Weakness And Heaviness In Legs While Walking?

My legs feel tired and heavy after walking and climbing stairs. I was diagnosed with renal cystic kidney disease and degenerative disc disease. I am mildly obese but still morbid obese. I am 59 years old and 10 months. Thanks very much. Mike leone

Hi,

These are related to your current problems. ECG can be done to rule out severity. Control your blood pressure. Lipid profile also, these both are determining in long term run. Start doing sukshm yoga [it increases your endurance and will increase your stamina day by day. Art of living ombw course is a good option. Take your medicines as prescribed. Take lots of fruits, vegetables and salads. Drink more water but not immediately before or after food. A nephrologist and an ortho specialist should be consulted regularly. Listen to music, dance and smile more, it will reduce psychological stress.

Hello,

Hunger pain are in relation with increased gastric acid release in empty stomach. Kindly calculate your daily caloric requirements as per BMI measurement. You must consume divided amount of required calories throughout the day to avoid damage to stomach, liver and rest of your digestive system. For best initial relief, take proton pump inhibitor capsule as Dexrabeptazole with sips of water on empty stomach.
