What Causes Weakness And Frequent Black Stools?

Hey,Last couple days been feeling weak & cold, my stool has been black & coming out often. I read about possible causes & do not think its a nutritional deficiency; I Wat a lot of raw food & pretty healthy & drink q lot of water. Is the only other thing internal bleeeding? Im hoping waiting it out will make it go away

Hi,

The consistency, color, of the stool is depended upon the diet you have taken or any medicine if you are ever taking. If you do not have any relevant symptoms then it is nothing to worry.

It may not be the internal bleeding, just watch for the diet you are taking because diet can be the cause of changes in stool color.

Weakness may be due to general debility. You have not mentioned the age and gender here, else something specific could have been thought.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
