What Causes Weakness Along With Pain In The Hands And Legs?

84 year old woman, walks easily 2-4 miles daily. Becomes weak overnight, legs ache, hands sloughing skin, heart rate raises to 110 bpm, b/p drops to around 108/64. She has difficulty walking to bathroom. Electrolytes good, no thyroid problem, no croided (spelled?) artery issues, normal CAT scan of brain. What to check next? Probably causes?

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
