What Causes Weak Erections?

hey i really need some help. the past 4 or 5 days i havent been able to get erections. I mean the first few days i couldnt get anything at all but today and yesterday i was able to get weak erections. anyways im very healthy and athletic and i think it may be due to the kegal exercises i attempted 10 days ago but i wasnt sure since the symptons were so far apart from when i actualyl did this. is there anything i could do for the healing process if its a strain or should i be worried and its a more serious matter?
