What Causes Watery Stool And Vomiting With History Of Kidney Transplantation?

Watery stool for last 8 days ate two hamburgers that day and later on had viometing and diarrea but now still have the same took pepto b ismol tablets and now it went to watery gray went to er they found nothing wrong what could it be I m also kidney transplant 1 year ago and they changed taco to zortress

Thanks for your query.
Note the history of you being a kidney transplant patient, ate hamburgers and got loose stools, went to ER and they changed from Taco to Zortress.
I would advise you the following in such a situation.
Since you are a kidney transplant patients infection of any sort and particularly of the intestine can be dangerous.
Hence insist for stool test, cultures of stool and blood, and an antibiotic coverage to fight for the infection if it is there.
Also check for blood:CBC, kidney functions and electrolytes. Dehydration is not good for transplanted kidney .
Take probiotics and watch for what you eat and drink, you should be careful.
