As per your history is concerned please follow:- 1)Continue with [ZN20] as it contains Zinc 2)Give him ORS solution[ELECTRACE-ORS]after every motion and count number of motions per hour,if any dehydration signs present admit him for IV drip for fluid loss . 3)Check his body temperature every 6 hours and record it 4)Check his stool [RE/ME] if PUS CELL present in HPF add [AB-CEF SYR]8mg/kg/day in 2 divided doses which contains [cefixime 50 mg, lactobacillus 60 million cells] and this will control any bacterial infections. 5)Restrict fat and dairy products in diet add carbohydrates So he will be good very soon keep a watch on dehydration , I hope I was able to address your query.
