General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

As per your history, your nostril get plugged, I think it is sinusitis, which also causes headache. You ca take tablet Okacet cold, Nasoclear nasal drops locally.

Cause for watery eyes may be fatigue, eye strain, infection, travelling. You can use Eyekool eye drops locally. Do steam inhalation.

I will suggest you review here with detailed history or consult with ENT surgeon and eye surgeon for detailed examination.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam B. Kale
