What Causes Watery Blood In Bowel Movement Post Sinus Surgery?
Hi I just had sinus surgery and I am having some watery blood in my bowel movements. My stool seems not to have any blood in it. When I have a bowel movement it is mostly liquid coming out. It looks like there is bloody mucus. What does this mean? Is this realated to my sinus surgery. Surgery was Wed 19 and the packing was taken out Thurs 20. I have splints still in that will be tacken out Wed 26.
Well come HCM Thank for asking I really appreciate your concern, it may not be the blood stain stool or it may not be bleeding per rectum but it seems to be due to diet taken, if the condition of blood need to be confirmed then stool need to be sent for laboratory examination and rectum needs to be examined clinically, moreover the sinus surgery may not cause the bleeding per rectum or blood stain stool, or bleeding at the time of defecation, at the most it could be fissures that might be causing the bleeding so get this confirmed but it is not the surgery causing the bleeding hope this information helps.
