What Causes Watering In Eyes Along With Sneezing And Running Nose?

Hi I don t know if I have a cold or not? I woke up this morning and I felt so exhausted even more so then usual, I kept sneezing, I felt hot, my eyes were watering, and my nose was stuffy/runny. When I blew my nose the mucus was yellow/green. I have a low immune system so I always get sick but this time it sounds like allergies. I do have allergies but in the summer not the winter.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain the symptoms of watering eyes, sneezing, running nose,stuffy nose and feeling of rise in temperature along with green/yellow mucous seems to be due to upper respiratory tract infection also known as common cold and does not look like just allergic reaction..
As it is viral infection,it will get resolved once the virus completes its cycle in human body..
As of now you can start taking symptomatic treatment like anti allergics like Levocetrizine, decongestants like Phenylephrine, mucolytics like Ambroxol, temperature reducer and pain reliever like Acetaminophen..
Do warm saline gargles, steam inhalations and use a humidifier in your room..
You can chew a Vitamin C pellet daily..
Avoid spicy and chilled foods ..
Sip on plenty of warm water and other warm fluids..
