What Causes Water Coming From Nose, Sneezing And Nose Bleeding?

my age 22 ,my nose is bend to one side and i have water coming from my nose continuosly.when i bend my neck.my nose bleed often and i have sneezing most probably.i have this when i was 13 years old.took certain medicine but no permanent solution.kindly help

if you have water coming out continuously with sneezing it is mostly allergic rhinitis
..but you should always rule out CSF rhinorrhea if it increases on bending down...once CSF leak is ruled out ..start antihistamines and nasal sprays...but a nasal endoscopy should be done for bleeding from the nose..mostly happens with infection but any mass should be ruled out..
