What Causes Warm Sensation Under Left Armpit?

i have been experiencing a warm, liquid-y sensation under left armpit past few weeks. as if warm wax was running through the blood vessels under armpit and side of left breast. it's not 'painful' per se, but the feeling is very comfortable. at times, more intense than other days

General & Family Physician 's  Response
A uncommon problem indeed! It is a type of vasomotor response, no definite cause known. Now if u r a female, age > 30 years do get the breasts examined fro any suspicious lump. Unilateral excessive perspiration may not be a genral disease, so local factors have to be seen. Examine the area fro any pigmentation, peeling off of the skin.
In the interim u can use a anti-persoirant application to feel better. must schedule an appt with a GP/ Family physician for a work up.
