My feel a warm sensation in my legs and my knees hurt from arthritis. I feel my legs are giving out on me. I feel I have lost muscle and have none. plese email me YYYY@YYYY
As with the history I see, there is a lot of muscle of muscle weakness. You need to start doing core exercises along with lower limb exercises. This should help provide more comfort while walking or while getting up from a chair. Also, do some may exercise this has a greater significance for the overall strength of the lower limbs and the core. Due to the weakness in the knee muscles there will be a change to damage the lumbar spine. To avoid that, it's better to start exercising every day. Do low intensity exercises. The warmth feeling might be due to uric acid, you can get it checked. It reports turns out negative then it will be a disturbed function of the nerve but not major as it can be taken care with core stability.
Doing the exercise for both the lower limbs and core has provided excellent results in my 12 years of experience for patients with arthritis.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
