What Causes Walking And Standing Difficulties After Laminectomy And Foraminotomy Procedures?

Had laminectomy and foraminotomy unilateral L4-5, L5-S1, for spinal stenosis with sclerosis. Preop symptoms were hip, post thigh neuro-cladication. Avoiding bending, twisting and lifting over 10 lbs. Claudication is relieved but having pain on standing and walking in lower back @ surgical site with aching in sacrum. Is this normal, and how long does it usually last. Should I be doing anything different? thanks, Slade Howell
