respiratory tract symptoms , if he cough after vomiting it's a normal physiology and doesn't warrant any cough syrup
Nemocid is an antihelmentic drug , it shouldn't be used empirically in cases of gastroenteritis unless there is an endemic area .
Again , if you child doesn't have diarrhoea, and he is having vomiting and fever for 3 days , then we should worry about other diagnosis and he should be visit his
pediatrician, beware of
dehydration because increase thirst is the first sign of that
