What Causes Vomitings And Body Ache As Per Urine Report?

Dear sir, please find the below my urine report on 30-04-2011- age-22 years. sex-female, volume-30ml, colour- yellow, appearance-turbid,Physical examination- PH- 7, protein-nil, sugar-nil, Microscopic examination- Pus Cells-4-5, RBC's 2-3, Epithelial cells- 6-8, crystals-nil, casts-nil, parasites-nil, others-nil. i have found 2 days ago vomating and bodyache

Pus Cells in urine indicate infection,upto 5 pus cells is taken as normal. Normally a few epithelial cells from the bladder or external urethra can be found in the urine sediment however in urinary tract infections/inflammation they may be increased. You have urinary tract infection,symptoms of a UTI may be accompanied by nausea and vomiting.A course of antibiotics will be required .
