My sister is hiv positive and she doesnt want to see the doctor because of denial, she vomits a lot has painful gums, painful feet and she has some white sticky stuff in her mouth what can she eat to boost her immune system and what causes that with stuf in her mouth

First of all let me say that the best treatment for HIV is HAART.
the oral lesions may b because of candidiasis which is common among HIV patients.
The important thing u want to do yo motivate her and start HAART.
try to convince her that, with advent of HAART, HIV is no longer a fatal disease, but a chronic disease. HIV patients can live a near normal life on treatment.
So take her to doctor, before it's too late.
