What Causes Vomiting Sensation, Palpitations And Heavy Headedness?

Hi, i am 35 i have height 175 cm & weight 88 kg. i feel heavy headed most of the times i checked my BP two three times it was ok. further more some times i feel like vomiting but i never throw, i also feel palpitations and faster heart rate specially if i take a nap in afternoon.

Its a TENSION TYPE HEADACHE.
Anxiety is most commonly causing palpitation, faster heart beat ,headache etc. its a normal thing as almost every human expBerience it. you should not worry about this, you are advised to take analgesic combination as TAB. IMOL PLUS for headache, and TAb. ZAPIZ 0.25mg sub lingually when you feel palpitaion.
