General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

First, I should ask: what job do you, your brother and co-worker do? Is your job dealing with inhaling fumes? Or being in contact with toxic agents? We should rule out poisoning from toxic fumes or others first.

Next, do you eat outside? at the same place? Sometimes alimentary intoxication can cause the same symptoms as you are experiencing now. I highly recommend to run a few diagnostic tests:

- complete blood count
- liver/kidney/pancreas function test
- abdominal ultrasound
- urine analysis
- stool analysis

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
