What Causes Vomiting Sensation After Waking Up?

I go to sleep some nights and when I wake up I am ridiculously hot and then I tend to vomit until my stomach is empty then a few hours later I will wake up again yet again overheated and I vomit bile. I don t know what s wrong with me. I m really worried however I do have the implant which could be a impacting factor I suppose.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of getting hot in the morning on waking up in the morning and vomit, repeats again after getting up second time and this time vomit bile. Do have implant which may be an impacting factor.
The most common causes are:
Duodenal obstruction.
Achalasia cardia causes only the foods and not the bile.
I would advise you to have an early diagnosis by the following:
Barium swallow and follow through.
Upper GI Endoscopy.
These will give the probable diagnosis and a plan for further treatment.
