Hi T.Saikiran,

I have gone through the medical history of your daughter and understood your concern.

Let me recapitalize the case of your daughter:
- Age 14 years old
- vomiting immediately after eating (either solids or liquids)
- migraine started last year, under treatment
- already taken gastritis medication

At your daughter's age, there are 3 main causes:
- gastrointestinal: intestinal parasites, gastritis, liver/gallbladder issues, etc. An abdominal ultrasound, examination of stool for ova parasites and possible upper endoscopy can help determine the right diagnosis
- psychological vomiting: especially if she has decided to lose weight or keep fit. Try to be close to her and find out if she is dating with someone. That can affect her psychologically which can result into involuntary vomiting.
- if vomiting is also associated with migraine, or happens each time she would get migraine attacks, then, should consult with neurologist for best treatment strategy to control migraine attacks.

Adolescence is a delicate stage of life which is often associated with unusual actions or habits.

If so, then, should work with a psychologist to help her dominate the symptoms and understand how life stuff work.

Hope this helps.
