What Causes Vomiting, Fever And Stomach Ache To A 3 Year Old?

My son is three years old. Yesterday he had a fever and threw up multiple times. Today he seemed a bit better. No throwing up and tired but would not eat. He drank some liquid. Tonight he is tossing and turning complaining of a stomach ache, he is sneezing a bit, No fever. What should I do to help him feel better. What could this be?

Antibiotics are unnecessary
I usually give ORS, zinc and probiotics
