What Causes Vomiting, Diarrhea, Mild Cough And Low Grade Fever In Children?

2 1/2 year old has been sick three times in the past month: First illness: sever vomiting with diarrhea , fever (lasted 7 + days) Second illness: week later Mild cough, low grade fever, runny nose Third illness: mild cough, mild fever, vomiting This all occurred within a month or so with relatively strong recoveries, but within a week, sick again. Doc xray his lungs today, suspecting pneumonia, prescribed anti-biotics. Temp 102.7

Yes, in children this is a normal situation. No worries, if he start antibiotics because of pneumonia I think he will be good soon.
