What Causes Vomiting, Diarrhea And Stomach Cramps?
Hi. Friday night I had Gastro, vomiting and diarreah. I hadn t been able to eat for a couple of days and slept most of the time. I kept my fluids up but seem to have a bit of a stomach cramp this morning. I managed to eat a bit of food last night though. Will it be too soon to go to work or have I passed contagious stage? Thanks.
