What Causes Vomiting, Diarrhea And Nausea?

I have had the stomach flu symptoms for more than 72 hours. Vomiting the first day, diarrhea throughout all days, nausea the entire time. Constant sleeping, or the need to sleep at all times. Cannot move, drained right away if need to move. Nauseous still and not eating yet.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
Thank you for asking the question.
You are suffering from viral gastroenteritis.
In this condition diarrhoea, vomiting is very common.
You are not taking any fluid.
Main treatment in this case is hydration. Start immediately water drinking. Take oral rehydration solution also. If you can not take water by mouth and dehydration persist then immediately consult a doctor to start intravenous treatments.
Otherwise it recovers by itself and no treatment us needed.
Hope this will helpful to you.
