What Causes Vomiting And Stomach Pain During Prep For Colonoscopy?

My brother is prepping for a colonoscopy because they think he may have a partial bowel obstruction. He has started the prep this afternoon & has thrown up the prep solution. He has severe pain in his stomach and we are wondering if he should continue the prep. We have been unable to get his doctor.

It is due to some sort of gastric infection. Take some antibiotic like norflox-tz or oflox-oz after an expert opinion along with meftal-spaz or cyclopam for the abdominal cramps. Take cap rekool-d or omez-d empty stomach. If still not improved then you have to go for abdominal ultrasound to isolate the cause and take further treatment.
