What Causes Vomiting And Green Bowel Movement In An Infant?

Hi doctor my baby boy 1 yr old had vomit twice and fever for 1 day then he was passing motion with green in colour and v.bad smell it continued for 3 days(we were out is station) then we immediately traveled back home and visited pediatrician, he suggested to give Z&D suspension 1 ml per day for 2 weeks so its been 24hrs now....he is still having motions v.frequent means every time I feed fluid he is passing motion.....from morning 7 to till 3 pm he passed motion 5 times....but the motion is in yellow in colour and normal smell..did stool test only puss cells 1-2 hpf.... So, please suggest me how to go ahead since I am scared that he is dehydrated already....and his intake is v.less.

Hi thanks for posting on hcm.i would recommend to keep yout baby rehydrated with electroll powder or ors. Don't give at a time give frequent sips and try to maintain hygiene to prevent contamination and secondary infections. Don't give forcefully
