This may neither be food poisoning nor an episode of indigestion. It is more likely to be a stomach flu - a virus. You should give paracetamol for fever and continue to give her the vomiting medicine before her food three times a day. If this is a virus, it will settle in a few days. If, however, she has high fever or uncontrolled vomiting, please take her to A & E for an urgent consult.

Dr. Taher

P.S. Give her Peditral or some other form of rehydrating oral formula to prevent dehydration.
