Hi, My wife had convulsions last year in July. From July,16 to Sept,16 she lasts cough and weight loss(from 40 kg to 32.5kg) She was hospitalised in Oct at Apollo(nasik). From there he diagnosed pulmonary tuberculosis, tuberculosis meningitis, swollen lymph nodes. We did MRI in July and Oct (she also had one more convulsions in hospital),but nothing detected. By CSF test we come to know about tuberculosis meningitis. We started with AKT4 INH,pyrazinamide,rifampicin, ethambutol,eptoin and streptomycin injection for two months But after one week these drugs caused side effects. So doctor advised to stop rifampicin and pyrazinamide. After that we continued with INH 300mg,Ethambutol 800mg and Levoflox 750 mg,eptoin 200mg daily. She started improving well and X ray also shows improvement. But now again from last 3 weeks she starts vomiting,giddiness, fatigues,imbalance body while standing,moving,weightloss,headache,neck pain in backside,moving surroundings,nausea,indigestion etc. I visited one of the doctor from his treatment stops vomits but other things remains same. I had visited one neurologist also he advisede to stop eptoin and take Fit free. Can u advised me to what to do.
