What Causes Vomiting And Diarrhoea Despite Taking Vancomycin For C.Diff?

i was treated for cdiff with vancomycin i finished and 3 days later it came back. I was then put on vancomycin and a tapering does; now on day 14, and i am now vomitting and have diarrhea again. No fever. i dont decrease my dose of vancomycin until tomorrow; could it be the cdiff again

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, recurrence can be possible in case of C. Diff. infection but the symptoms may not be the same, certain condition are there and that could be responsible for recurrence like use of antibiotic, and PPI, so try to stop taking antibiotic, I would suggest to try probiotic.
If you do have a symptoms of diarrhea and vomiting again then it may not be recurrence of infection but other cause need to be rule out instead of C.Diff.
